Tesla to Launch First U.S. Robotaxi Fleet in Austin on June 22, Marking Milestone for Texas Tech Innovation
Tesla has officially initiated a pilot deployment of its driverless “robotaxi” fleet in Austin, Texas, scheduled between June 22 and the end of the month. The initial rollout includes 10–20 fully autonomous Model Y vehicles, running on updated software with no hardware modifications.
